Shipping policy

All orders placed in my shop will ship within 24-48 business hours of order confirmation. I ship orders Monday through Friday. If your order is placed after 11am Central time on Friday it will ship on the following Monday. Most orders are shipped on the same day or next day.

💕💕💕Free Shipping on $35+ Orders💕💕💕

Free shipping within the United States is shipped with USPS First Class mail for packages weighing 15.9 ounces or less. First Class shipments have an average delivery time of 3 days to 14 days. If the order is over 16 ounces it will be shipped using USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

For any additional tracking information please call your local post office and give them the tracking number. Once your package leaves our hands we have no control over the delivery time or route it takes to get to you. If your package is taking longer than usual to get to you, you can file a claim with USPS to locate your package. Shipping insurance is not automatically included in your order and can be added during the check out process. In the event that your package is lost, shipping insurance will allow you to recoup the cost of your order.

Please consider upgrading to priority mail if you need your order quickly. Shipping delivery times can be unpredictable with weather delays, COVID 19 shutdowns, and natural disasters.

All orders are shipped to the provided address. If your address is entered incorrectly and it is shipped back you will need to pay for shipping again to have your order resent.  Otherwise, a refund will be issued for the order minus shipping.

Delivery time of overseas shipment varies from country to country with average 3-6 weeks. Please contact me if you are out of the United States. I will be able to provide a better estimate of shipping costs once you provide a zip code. All orders are shipped to the provided address. If your address is entered incorrectly and it is shipped back, you will need to pay for shipping again to have your order resent. Otherwise, a refund will be issued for the order minus shipping charges.

💕💕💕LOST PACKAGES OR DELAYED DELIVERIES💕💕💕
If you want to add insurance to your package you can either upgrade to priority which includes insurance up to $50, or add insurance at check out for a minimal $1. This insurance does not cover stolen packages. Lost packages will not be refunded or replaced as this is out of our control. If your package is marked as delivered and you can't find it please reach out to your local postal office for assistance. You will need your tracking number. We don't have additional information and USPS can further help you track it down.  If you are looking for direct communication with USPS, if you file a claim and they will have a representative call you within a few days. Please note that you can only file a claim if you have purchased some form of insurance.
